The Independent Review Committee for TD Mutual Funds, TD Managed Assets Program Portfolios, TD Private Funds and TD Emerald Funds fund families, has regulatory obligations governed by the Canadian Securities Administrators’ National Instrument 81 – 107, Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds. One of the requirements is the publication of an annual report to unitholders that describes the committee and its activities for the year.
