Termination of the Trust

At the special meeting of Canada Trust Income Investments (CTII) held on October 19, 2007, unitholders voted in favour of terminating the Trust as soon as reasonably practicable after the meeting. The Trust’s official termination date was October 31, 2007, and distribution of the wind-up proceeds is underway.

The total proceeds per unit being paid as a result of the termination are as follows:

Termination proceeds: $9.31559909695
Plus final distribution: $0.008874317
Total: $9.32447341395
