The TD Emerald Canadian Long Bond Pooled Fund Trust invests in Canadian issued bonds that are selected and weighted mathematically to approximate the overall risk and return characteristics of the DEX Long Bond Index. The fund invests in federal, provincial, municipal and corporate bonds with a minimum A credit rating requirement for the purchase of individual securities. Credit quality is monitored continuously.

The investment objective of the Fund is to closely track the performance of the DEX Universe Long Bond Index.

This Fund is designed for taxable and tax-exempt individuals and organizations, including pension funds, non-profit entities and corporations that are interested in broadly-based indexed Canadian long bond exposure.
