This is an active fundamental approach with a focus on the extensive use of independently researched credit, and yield curve analysis in order to enhance returns beyond a defined benchmark.

Our investment approach is designed to consistently add incremental value regardless of the direction of interest rates.

The fundamental investment objectives of the Fund are to maximize investment return through investment in a diversified portfolio of securities with a view to generating high current income on a consistent basis and preserving capital. To this end, the Fund's investments are mainly in Canadian fixed income securities which are anticipated to provide high current income on a consistent basis with due regard for preservation of capital. Investment may be made in foreign fixed income securities and preferred shares of domestic and foreign companies if economic, monetary or investment conditions indicate that the Fund's objectives are more likely to be met through such investment.

The TD Lancaster Fixed Income Fund II is designed for investors, including pension funds and non-profit organizations that are interested in receiving added value relative to the Canadian bond market through active fundamental fixed income management.

This Fund is not eligible for RSPs, Group RRSPs, DPSPs or other registered plans.
