Overall, stock selection helped returns relative to its benchmark, the MSCI All-Country World Index (ND, C$), while group and regional allocations detracted on balance. Among sectors, stock selection in consumer staples companies was the greatest relative contributor. The industrials and business services sector also helped relative results due to solid stock picks and strong positioning. The Fund’s substantial allocation to information technology stocks detracted the most from relative returns. Regionally, stock choices in the U.S. market boosted relative results, while Chinese stocks weighed on relative performance.
