Gregory Kocik, CFA

Managing Director
Greg Kocik joined TD Asset Management Inc. in March of 1997 with 8 years of experience in credit analysis and corporate banking with major Canadian and International banks. At TDAM, Greg is responsible for managing High Yield bond portfolios. Gregory holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and is a CFA charterholder.


Shawna Millman

Vice President & Director
Shawna Millman joined TD Asset Management Inc. in January 2012 bringing 11 years of credit analysis experience in high yield, investment grade and emerging markets. Prior to TDAM, Shawna was an Assistant High Yield Portfolio Manager at CI Investments. The majority of her career has been in New York as a Senior Fixed Income Analyst at Alliance Bernstein (2003-2009) and as a sell-side Analyst at JP Morgan (1999-2002). At TDAM, Shawna is responsible for credit research and assists in the management of high yield bond portfolios. Shawna holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and two Masters degrees from Columbia University.
