Signing Authorities for the fund |

Short Term Cash Pooled Accounts can be opened same day |
| 4. |
Bond Pooled Fund Accounts can be opened same day, with mid-month deposits being invested in our short term cash pools until monthly subscription on the first day of the month. |

A new account contract will be sent by courier to your attention along with an Administration Sheet detailing how to operate our short term cash funds re: cash subscriptions/redemptions. |
